Return & Exchange Policy
Here at AJGAR.com, customer satisfaction is our number one concern and we do are best to accommodate every purchase. Should you not be satisfied with your order, rest assured, we have clear guidelines for returns and exchanges outlined below.
Eligibility for Returns
- Returns must occur within a week (7 days) of delivery.
- All items must remains unused and unwashed with all original tags attached.
- Due to health/hygiene reasons, innerwear, socks, beauty products, items on sale, and discounted products will not be accepted for exchange or return.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
- Navigate to My Orders and select the item that you would like to exchange or return.
- Specify the reason and select if you want refund or an exchange.
- Either our support team will initiate a reverse pickup or provide you with the manual steps for return.
Exchange Policy
If the item is available, we provide complimentary size and color exchanges. After the original item is collected and confirmed, the replacement item will be sent out to you within 3 to 5 business days.
Refunds
- Refunds will only be initiated after an item undergoes the post-collection quality inspection.
- Refunds will take an average of 5-7 business days to process for the original method of payment used.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, payment refunds are processed as store credit or bank transfer (if details are provided).
Important Notes
- Returning items does not meet our quality check standards and will not be accepted.
- Availability of reverse pickup may differ based on location.
- If an exchange is not available, a full refund will be initiated instead.
